With good coaching Crossfit can be practiced by anyone with a desire to build a stronger and more fit version of themselves. All that is needed is the willingness to show up and try. Here at Tropic Crossfit we offer our On Ramp/ Beginner programming that is designed to build an individual's fitness from the basic level, to the point that the more advanced movements of the Crossfit program can be completed safely and efficiently. Also, all advanced level movements and workouts are designed to be modified if need be to meet the fitness needs of the individual and all weights can be scaled to the appropriate load as well.
